Whether residential or commercial, nothing adds value like a professionally staged home. Not only must your property make a lasting impression on potential buyers, but if you want to minimize its time on the market it is essential to consult with a professional home stager. Proper home staging helps maximize a home's value, and in a recent survey by Dwell Magazine of homes, it was confirmed that some 2,800 staged properties sold on average for 6.3% over their asking price compared to non-staged homes.
In another recent article by HomeGain, staged homes are on the market 83% less time than non-staged homes. To date, in 2012 staged homes have averaged only 17 days on the market and have sold for 98.5% of the listing price. (Note, these statistics exclude homes over $1 million that typically take longer to sell.)

Staging LA works with varies budgets, and while most properties can be transformed in days, larger and estate properties require one week or more to complete. After a consultation and a property assessment we prepare a detailed design plan which includes a selection of stylish, luxury, coordinated furniture and accessories. The goal is to create the appearance of maximum square footage while effectively highlighting a room's focal points. The results are a professionally staged room that is ready to be photographed and marketed within a short period of time. The property's transformation creates a winning formula for a successful, fast sale at the highest possible price.

We'll review the unique features of each room and in just a few weeks, transform them into luxury spaces or into a dream home. Design services include:
A Client Profile is created detailing special interests, budget and lifestyle preferences as they relate to color, texture, pattern, style and any other information pertinent to the successful completion of the project.
A Furniture Plan. Utilizing innovative design tools we custom design each space using a selection of high quality, stylish furniture, furnishings and accessories. Leaving no detail unattended, we create maximum visual impact to reflect an upscale and comfortable environment.
A Project Budget. A project budget is developed that include the items outlined in the custom designed furniture plan.
Selection of Furnishings. Upon approval of the furniture plan and project budget, our team selects furniture, fabrics, window coverings, wall coverings, floor coverings, lighting, hardware, artwork and accessories to execute the design and create a cohesive space and the ultimate design experience.
We realize that everyone's need is different, so whether you want to declutter a space or to do a simple room update, we are availabe for consultations regarding space planning and DIY projects. We provide guidance to help choose new paint colors and accessories, and/or to re-design a space utilizing furniture that you already own while incorporating a few updated, key pieces, thus, transforming a space into an elegant and inviting new room that you will love.
